Dear Hripsime:
Have been meaning to write but something is always coming up.
We had a very successful trip to Armenia and every one in
our group was very happy with the arrangements that you made.
The apartment was better than we expected and the tours that
you arranged gave us a feeling that the trip was not wasted
and will be something we will all remember for years to come.
Our guide "Ana" was the best we could expect and both drivers
were exceptional and we always felt safe even in the mountains.
The knowledge that Ana had of not only the places we visited
but of the country and it's history was exceptional.
If I know of anyone or we come back I most surley will have them
contact your agency.
We ran into other tours at some of the places we visited and in
listening in we know we had the best available guide in Yerevan.

Dear Anna, Anahit, Arsen and Azat,
We’ve finally returned home from our vacation from Armenia, Turkey and Italy and we wanted to thank each of you for all you did to make our trip so special and unforgettable. We’ve shared many stories about each of you already with so many of our friends and family-you are each well on your way to becoming famous here in San Jose.
Anahit, you would make a wonderful teacher because you have a real passion for Armenia’s culture and heritage. We’ve been on tours before where we’ve felt that the guide behaved like a parrot, reciting the facts about each place from memory .But, when you traveled with us we felt we were traveling with a friend who was excited to show us a world so different from America.
Azad, we loved visiting your school and meeting the teachers and your principal. And it was really special to meet your former student at the monastery in Van. His respect and comments show what a great teacher you’ve been. And, of course, what we’ve loved best about you as a guide was the fun we had just traveling with you and Arsen and letting us share in the bond of friendship you two have.
And Arsen, you are not only the most amazing driver we’ve ever ridden with, you were also a fantastic guide. We love telling stories about how you found the best hatchapouri in Emerouli, Georgia by asking the fattest man you could find...and thanks for taking us on the “night tour” through the streets of Van the first night we arrived there and introducing us to dondourma! Your ability to be friend everyone so easily is such a great gift-you’re really, really special.
Of course, Anna, we wouldn’t be writing such a letter if you hadn’t worked so hard to put this trip together with such great people as Anahit, Arsen and Azat.It was really a surprise and a real treat to meet you after all those e-mails. Thanks for taking time out of your day to see us and share food at Artbridge.

Dear Hripsime,
First of all I have to thank you for a wonderful vacation. In all my
vacations I always get homesick pretty soon, and I want to return to my home
and work. This time, i came back dragging my feet! ( and this was my longest
vacation !)
I would like to tell you some comments.
The guide Anahid is a very sweet girl. Thank her for me.
Nare in Kharabagh was exceptionally well informed.We loved her.
Hovig is a treasure.Do not spoil him by telling him but he is a big reason
why I will recommend Menua to my freinds, and of course for me next year !
As for your planning, it was perfect. Hope you will be able to match it next
year !
In all the designated spots, the only day that we were really disappointed
was when we were taken to the ceramic place. For the sake of Menua, for good
business reasons, eliminate that from your program. Absolutely useless, and
so primitive that it should not represent ceramic work in Armenia.
May be because we are familiar with the Jerusalem Kotahia works, or to be
honest, in the United states, in any High school kids do ceramics better
than that !
One more point. Add Yeraplure to your list. Its good I had info from my
sister to visit it. A very, very moving monument. I am also very happy that
i visited the tomb of Gomidas, and his companions. We will visit Medzamor
next year.
Again, from all of us thank you for a wonderful vacation, and please thank
Hovig, Anahid and Nare for us.

Even if we're unable to return to Armenia next spring, we'll be glad to share the materials with friends who have expressed interest in going. We have shared our wonderful trip with many friends, and have recommended your company, as well as Hripsimi and Hovic to all of them.
We have told our friends that Hripsimi and Hovic were probably the best guide and driver we have had on any trip we've ever taken, and to contact you, and ask for them if they decide to travel to Armenia.

It's quite possible they may be interested in taking a trip to Armenia next year. If so, we have advised them to contact you.

Unfortunately we didn’t have the occasion to say personally goodbye to you before leaving Yerevan.
Let me tell you that our trip to Armenia was a complete success and that it even exceeded our expectations. The natural beauty of your country and its historical and artistic monuments are just impressive. Nevertheless it was the human quality of the people we met what impressed us the most.
A great deal of the merit for our successful holidays in Armenia has been based in the quality of the service received from the professionals of Menua Tours. This was the case for the drivers, in particular Shalem (was this his name?). To support thirteen noisy Spaniards for a week while driving a bus is something that requires a lot of patience and good sense of humour!
And what to say about Mariam? During our long trip back to Madrid we only talked about her sympathy, her deep knowledge of the Armenian culture and the efforts she did to satisfy our continuous (and some times irrational) demands. Please express to Mariam our most sincere congratulations and gratitude for the superb job.
Thanks also to you and the rest of the Menua team for the excellent organization of our trip.

As it was, I took advantage of two of your tour shuttles to Garni and Geghard and Khor Virap. Hripsime , your tour guide, surprised us with her wealth of knowledgeable and helped make our trip to Khor Virap even more meaningful . I also thank her for her knowledge gained from the Matenadaran re: Mesrop Mashtot's creation of the Armenian alphabet. This was very helpful to me to get a sense of our alphabet's start.
Your driver A., (shame on me for forgetting his name once again) was very helpful to us not only on the tour but also in helping me get through the process at Zvartnots airport. I was pleased you offered this service and was pleased he was driving us to the airport Thursday morning.
I am keeping your information brochure and also your web site information so that we can refer you to others who make the trip to Armenia and so that we can use your services once more when I return, this time with my husband.
