RESERVATIONS

Reservations should be made well in advance but no later than 10^th March, 2008.

DEPOSIT POLICY

The reservations are made upon receipt of $1000.00 per person by check and credit card (Master or Visa) not later than 10^th March, 2008.
Balance should be paid in full on 20^th March, 2008.

FORM OF PAYMENT

Payments could be made to Menua Tours either by check or credit card. Master Card and Visa are accepted.( In case of payment by credit card 3% service charge applies).

CANCELLATION FEES

Menua Tours must receive any cancellation in writing before it is able to process it.

Cancellation made 90 days prior to arrival 10%
Cancellation made 89-60 days prior to arrival 30%
Cancellation made 59-30 days prior to arrival 50%
Cancellation made later 80%
No-show 100%

TRANSPOSRTATION

Private motor coach, mini-van or car depending on the size of the group/party ensures Land transportation.

RESPONSIBILIES & LIABILITIES

The responsibilities of Menua Tours as tour operator/or/their agents are well defined and limited. Menua Tours acts only as agent of hotels, airlines, vehicle rental companies, coach operators, and/or other sub-agents and contractors, and is only responsible for providing the services advertised by Menua Tours.

Menua Tours cannot be held responsible nor accept liability for any losses, damages, accidents, personal injury and change of schedules, which occur beyond its control.

Children under 18 years of age need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

PRICE GUARANTEE

Once booked, the price of your holiday is fully guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges. We reserve the right to revise prices for new bookings in the event of changes that occur henceforth [after publication of this tour book.

The price we confirm at the time of booking is the price you pay!
