GENERAL FACILITIES Villa Delenda is an elegant Bed & Breakfast located in the heart of Yerevan, which was originally built in 1906 as a private residence for the Mnazakanyan brothers. A lot of the original building architecture has been restored and retained during expansion and renovation. Villa Delanda is set in a quiet position, within a short walk from Republic Square, the Opera house and the Vernissage. Villa Delanda is run by “Family Care Foundation”. Income from the Bed and Breakfast is used to support Spitak art School and Maternal and Child Health services throughout rural areas in Armenia and Naghorno Gharabagh.
